Paul Wancata, founder of Inspections Unlimited has been performing home inspections for over 15 years. Paul is an ASHI Certified Inspector #247668, Ohio licensed home inspector#OHI.2019004942, and licensed radon tester#Rt722. Throughout Paul’s inspection career, he has been an advocate for ASHI and the adherence to their pillars of home inspection excellence and code of ethics. Since 2016, Paul has served as president of the North Central Ohio ASHI Chapter. Under his leadership, Paul has increased chapter membership through promotion and by providing continuing education to over 50 local Northeast Ohio home inspectors.

Additionally, Paul has also been serving on the JCLC (Joint Chapter Legislative Committee) for the past 4 years that helped pass the Ohio Home Inspector License and has been providing valuable input for the establishment of its rules and regulations.

Paul’s home inspection philosophy is “buying a home is likely the most expensive purchase someone will make in their lifetime. A home buyer needs to rely on a trusted professional who is experienced, licensed, and educated“.
